Hubballi Dharwad Smart City Limited(HDSL) Sponsored Mobile Library Van, designed and manufactured by STEIRA TECHNOVATIONS was flagged off by Shri Prahlad Joshi, honorable Union Minister of Parliament Affairs (coal & mines), Shri Jagadish Shettar, honorable MLA (Legislative Assembly) Hubballi-Dharwad and former Chief Minister, Government of Karnataka and other respected Government officials of Karnataka on 18th April 2022 at Bengeri Market Ground – Hubballi. This Library Van rekindles reading culture for people even in this digital world by providing access to library services at their doorsteps and expanding the reach of traditional libraries by transporting books to potential readers in Hubballi and Dharwad region.

The Van interiors are air-conditioned with bright illuminated LED lights. The racks installed in the interior ensure proper organization of books (related to culture, novels, spiritual literature and competitive exams), magazines and newspapers providing easy access to kids, youngsters and the elderly. Two bench seats for the users and a special desk with seat is provided to the librarian. 32” TV is installed on partition wall for CCTV surveillance. Dickey on the exteriors provides adequate space for storage of books and other utilities along with battery and UPS.

Mobile restaurants and canteens have gained massive popularity in the street food business. As street food has become an integral part of modern-day lifestyle, food trucks support in promoting the industry. We at Sthira have designed and built a Mobile canteen on Tata Ace. The canteen is equipped with 4 burners, a dedicated slot for LPG storage, a freshwater tank and ample storage for food condiments. The floor is finished on Aluminium chequered sheet.
