The Annual Core Team Meeting of Sthira Technovations for the year 2022-23 was held on 15th April at the Phlox, Hubballi. All the Core Team Members of the Organization were present for the meeting.
An engaging prayer song was sung by Mr Prabhugouda K. Ms Goutami Hugar welcomed the members and provided a brief overview.
Annual Report of the previous year was presented by Mr. Jagadish Hiremath, the MD. All the departments i.e. Sales and Marketing, Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality checking, Store and HR presented their respective department’s achievements in the year 2022-23.
The discussion was followed by a delicious lunch.
Mr. Gurumoorthi Savanoor, the Business head has influenced the gathering by delivering an effective speech on Team work followed by a platform for open discussions in which the members have participated actively.
The meeting ended on a positive note, with the MD giving out the vision and concluding remarks for 2023-24 followed by high tea.
