Jagadish Hiremath is a Tool & Die Maker from NTTF – Dharwad and has Post Diploma in Management of Small and Medium Enterprises from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic – Vile Parle, Mumbai. He started his career as Tool Maker, then worked as Design Draftsman on household appliances, Manager – Tool Room and Manager – Engineering Services before venturing out as an Entrepreneur, Founder and Managing Director of Able Design Engineering Services Pvt Ltd in year 2005. He has hands on experience with various manufacturing processes like Plastic Molding, Sheet Metal stamping, Die casting, Precision machining and Rubber molding. His expertise include Tool Design, Product Design (from concept/industrial design, solid/assembly modeling, design validation/FEA, drafting/detailing, prototyping, testing and until up to certification), Reverse Engineering and Plant Layout Design for various industry verticals like Medical Devices, Mass Transportation (Bus, Rail, etc), Commercial Kitchen Equipments, etc. With 6 years of overseas working experience in Europe and Gulf and with exposure of widely traveling in India and 10+ countries, he has envisaged ‘Sthira Technovations India Pvt. Ltd.’ as reliable product company to be head quartered at Hubballi for serving customers in Medical, Food and Mass Transportation industries. With functional expertise in Team Building, Sales and Marketing, Distribution and After Sales Support, Accounts & Finance, HR and Administration. For Able he provides the vision and strategic direction for the growth and looks after all operational activities, he is playing true leadership role as Managing Director.

Apart from being dynamic entrepreneur to bring in positive changes to society, he is active in social and educational services too. He is avid traveler, explorer, environmentalist, with special interest in music and books.

Mr. Shrinivassachin D. Kulkarni is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional with over 17 years of expertise in production planning, operations management, order fulfillment, and supply chain management. He has extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing resource utilization, and driving operational excellence across diverse manufacturing environments. Shrinivassachin specializes in strategic planning, material management, inventory control, and production coordination, contributing to improved productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance. He possesses strong expertise in SAP PP, SAP MM, and SAP SD, enabling the implementation of best practices in production planning and supply chain operations. He has successfully led localization and process improvement initiatives that have strengthened manufacturing capabilities, reduced lead times, and ensured the timely delivery of products, supporting the organization’s sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Mr. Siddharth B. Sankroni is an experienced production and manufacturing professional with over 20 years of expertise in plant operations, production planning, lean manufacturing, and new product development. He has built an extensive career across leading organizations, including Toyota, Volvo Buses, Aequs Aerospace, and the bus and coach manufacturing industry, gaining valuable experience in high-performance manufacturing environments. Siddharth specializes in optimizing production systems, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. He has successfully led cross-functional teams, streamlined manufacturing processes, and supported the introduction of new products while ensuring consistent production performance. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and scalable manufacturing practices, he plays a key role in driving sustainable growth and delivering world-class manufacturing standards

Mr. Shashidhar Dixit brings over 15 years of experience in purchase and procurement management. He is responsible for overseeing key operational functions, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals. Mr. Dixit plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end procurement process, vendor relationships, and inventory management, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials for seamless project execution. He also leads the human resource function, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance. His strategic approach to HR management fosters a positive and productive work environment, supports talent development, and drives operational excellence across the organization.

Mr. Kiran Kumar has started his career with Sthira, with his wide and proficient technical experience of above 10 years, he has been taken in charge of Reverse Engineering Department. Throughout his career Mr. Kiran had contributed leading roles in various services like Engineering Design, Product Development, Bus Body Certification, Marketing & Business Development etc. With his rich knowledge in CAD tools, he guides & helps Engineers in systematic problem solving techniques. He is a self motivated Team player with good communication skill sets which has been appraised and highly appreciated by Clients and Management team.

Mr. Mahesh Hiremath brings over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. As Manager – Purchase, he plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of materials essential to operational success. He manages the complete procurement cycle, including vendor development, sourcing strategy, and inventory planning, all aligned with project timelines and production requirements. Mr. Hiremath focuses on strengthening supplier relationships, negotiating optimal terms, and maintaining effective inventory control to ensure seamless material flow. His efforts consistently contribute to minimizing costs, improving lead times, and supporting overall project execution.

Ms. Shilpa Kelasang has over 3 years’ experience handling the Accounts & Finance department. A result-oriented professional, she has extensive experience as an employee and a team leader. She is responsible for implementing short-term and long-term comprehensive financial strategies and achieving company goals. As the lead and support person for the team, she is responsible for functional and cross-functional financial processes and procedures, as well as managing monthly accounts, payroll, statutory reports, and management reports.

Mr. Shreekant A. Hottigimath is an experienced manufacturing professional with over 30 years of expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Engineering, New Product Development (NPD), Prototyping, Tool Room Operations, and Press Shop Management. He possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing, tryout, and maintenance of press tools, jigs, and fixtures, along with implementing robust manufacturing processes, quality standards, and operational systems that enhance productivity, quality, and overall business performance. Shreekant specializes in optimizing production processes, maximizing resource and capacity utilization, reducing operational costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. He has successfully led and mentored cross-functional teams while leveraging industry best practices to strengthen manufacturing capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Mr. Devaraj Lamani is an experienced administration professional with over 14 years of expertise in administrative management and organizational operations. He plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s administrative processes. He oversees office coordination, facility management, documentation, employee support, and process improvements while ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
